Getting to selfish pilates from Fair Oaks

head west out of fair oaks on madison avenue, the main artery that connects the village to the rest of the grid. you'll pass through about three miles of stoplights and strip retail — fair oaks blvd, dewey, hazel comes and goes behind you.

at manzanita avenue, hang a left and head south. manzanita is the spine that runs straight through carmichael, and you'll be on it for just under two miles. you'll cross winding way and then california ave; keep going.

just past marconi avenue, take a left onto walnut ave. the studio is a quarter mile down on your right — suite c, tucked into the small commercial row at 1828. parking is on site.

a few things worth knowing before you arrive:

doors close five minutes after class starts. plan to walk in ten minutes early — it gives you time to sign in, grab water, and find your reformer without rushing.

grip socks are required. if you forgot a pair, we sell them at the front.

leave the outside world at the door. that's the whole point.
